Kimberly’s Journey To Self Made Millionaire
Kimberly’s journey started after having her 2nd baby and being let go from her corporate job. She had a friend that kept trying to get her into network marketing. Feeling she was out of options and tired of feeling like she was missing everything in her children’s lives, she eventually gave it a try. She went all in and made her initial investment back quickly.
Kimberly describes network marketing and entrepreneurship as the school of personal development where we face our limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging thoughts. After working with a therapist, she was able to overcome the unhealthy habits that were holding her back. She got the energy and focus to work on her business and everything changed. Kimberly got bold, and her followers started begging her to teach them what she was doing.
She started to monetize her workshops and coaching and was quickly able to scale and quit her job. Kimberly increased her brand and elevated her business. She was able to pivot into a life that worked for her and her family and built a company that has scaled to over $1 million in revenue this year.
The Story Of The Elephant Sisters
Kimberly explains what the Elephant Sisters story is and how it relates to women being there for each other. She challenges the Goal Digger Girls to step up and show up. You need to be there for others, celebrating and protecting your fellow sisters.
It’s not ok to say something horrible about someone on social media–you have a choice to
show up and be the light, connect with your audience and offer value. If you see someone being a mean girl to someone else, it is not ok to just watch it. You need to look for opportunities to showcase and celebrate a sister.
Kimberly’s Best Selling Book “Why Balance Is B.S.: The Real Mompreneur Roadmap to Getting Everything You Want in Life”
Kimberly has written several books and we discussed her best seller “Why Balance is B.S: The Real Mompreneur Roadmap to Getting Everything You Want in Life”. Kimberly believes in being in the moment and not thinking about other things. You have to focus on one thing. Being able to pivot very quickly is the key and you need to use those moments wisely to work towards your goals.
Take into account that there are seasons and a crisis can happen at any time. We discuss the importance of letting it go and it’s ok to step away from your business. Kimberly says that because you are a mom and that is your number one job, you have to be there for the most important things, and then pick up your business when the crisis is over.
You need to look at your schedule and adjust based on what is going on. Kimberly acknowledges that resistance leads to disappointment, and you need to figure out the next step of what you can control. You have to be flexible, if not, it just leads to disappointment.
Kimberly’s secret sauce is her authenticity and ability to show up. She has people begging to work with her and she shows them how to build on social media in a genuine and authentic way. She has created a community of women that get you and support you. Giving you the power to work hard and share your knowledge. If you’re looking for a coach, Kimberly shares that you need to find someone that resonates with you, and make sure they know what they are talking about.
It’s time to share your knowledge and become part of a community that supports you to show up authentically and helps you create the future you want. Are you ready to join your Elephant Sisters?
